ASSISTIVE PROD- HOUSEHOLD TASKS

In order to build capacity in the NDIS participants and help them lead an autonomous life to the maximum possible extent, we help them avail of and then utilize all the assistive household products provided by the NDIS. This includes certain home modifications and the use of several assistive devices to help you undertake your routine activities on your own without any potential risk to your safety.

The basic household tasks assistive products provided by NDIS to its participants are:

  • Doorbells
  • Adapted clocks
  • Programmable memory aids.
  • Environmental control units (ECUs).
  • Home furniture modifications.
  • Assistive devices for dishwashing and cleaning.
  • Assistive devices for cooking.
  • Mobility aids like wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc.
