OUR SERVICES

GROUP & CENTRE BASED ACTIVITIES

At Caring Hearts, we offer self-directed and capacity-building activities to contribute towards their NDIS developmental goals. We encourage participants to engage in group activities, and work towards building capacity. These activities are conducted in a group setting, and cover a range of skill areas including but not limited to

  • Life skills:This covers activities that like cooking, grocery shopping, personal hygiene and care, gardening, and household tasks

  • Enhanced health: Our workers facilitate activities to help you stay in the know of your health and wellbeing. Other activities include swimming, yoga, walks, and fitness activities.

  • Numeracy and Literacy Skills:This includes activities that enhance budgeting, reading, and writing skills and overall learning abilities.

  • Recreational and Community activities: Engaging in activities like music, dance, art and craft, going to picnics, library, shopping centres, art galleries, community events, and more.

This support service is meant to ensure the proper flow of your household and therefore a proper flow of your life as an NDIS participant.
