ACCOMMODATION/TENANCY

To ensure for all the NDIS participants a healthy, secure, and safe living environment, we offer complete assistance in terms of their accommodation/tenancy. We help all the participants accomplish their individual accommodation and tenancy objectives and support them to investigate and acquire comfortable lodging.

As a part of our accommodation/tenancy services our support workers will:

  • Help you develop clear housing goals and work towards achieving them.
  • Help with the identification and then implementation of ways to maintain current tenancies.
  • Help explore and find convenient alternative housing options.
  • Support all the participants in obtaining DHHS Bond Loan and other essential household items.
  • Assistance with managing the budget to ensure that your accommodation or tenancy plans are not left unattended in case of fund shortage.
  • Liaising with utility providers and providing assistance in accessing Utility Relief Grants.
  • Help consider and avail of sustainable accommodation with greater autonomy.

We understand the importance of proper accommodation for leading a comfortable life and we secure that for you with our accommodation/tenancy service.
